CHALLENGE TO BE TAKEN ON

More specifically, your responsibilities will include:

Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within client companies, conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services.

Letting customers know about other products the company offers.

Meet clients, organize and conduct product demos and assist in preparation of proposals in collaboration with Product Management, Service and Operations Teams.

Achieving client relationship targets and KPI's.

Participate in customer conference calls, sales meetings and webinars to clarify customer's technical and business requirements.

Support go-to-market strategies and help drive market development initiatives including Proof of Concept and Early Adopter programs in collaboration with Product Management.

Working closely with Services Operations and Sales Consultants, passing leads to the services and/or sales team and following up on progress.

Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.

Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews.

Updating the CRM and ensuring appropriate people/teams are aware of changes within clients.

Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.

Provide reports to the Director, Client Services as required related to their area of responsibility and to satisfy certain contractual obligations.

Communicate with various departments to stay up to date on issues that may affect the Client Services team and/or its customers.
Participate in reviews for team members assigned to the Client Services group.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Client management experience (sales, implementation, project management);

Previous sales experience and an organised approach to work;

Previous experience working as a client relationship manager, account manager or a track record of managing client relationships;

Demonstrated successes managing complex markets, selling high value products or solutions;

Outstanding consultative selling abilities;

Strong, senior level relationships and rapport for direct team. Viewed as a lead/resource;

Able to develop strong relationships with the client with an ability to view situations from an end-user perspective;

Has excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentations, chairing meetings, workshop facilitation, business needs writing;

Experienced at delivering "high impact" presentations/demonstrations;

Strong analytical and strategic thinking ability;

Experience with business and technical requirements analysis;

Analytical skills used to derive insight from complex and varied information sources and the ability to input into the creation of business problems;

Capable of playing an active role in project management, pre-sales and bid development;

Extensive product and/or domain knowledge an asset.
Availability to travel across multi-province Territory.
