What you can expect to do here:
- Lead and inspire a team of engineers and technicians delivering land development and municipal infrastructure projects.
- Manage project delivery, client relationships, and business development initiatives.
- Oversee team performance, staffing, and resource planning to meet project goals.
- Foster career growth through mentorship, succession planning, and development strategies.
- Collaborate with leaders across Canada to drive innovation and operational excellence.
What you'll bring to WSP:
- A degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of consulting experience, including team leadership and project management.
- Strong understanding of local markets and client needs.
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams and deliver results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
