Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end Targeted campaigns supporting the growing needs of a portfolio within the broader Growth Marketing group. Growth Marketing supports the central marketing function within TD Bank Group with high quality, innovative, and insightful information to help build value for our customers and shareholders. Growth Marketing is a North America centre of excellence located in Toronto, with satellite offices in Ottawa (MBNA brand) and New Jersey (TD Bank America's Most Convenient Bank). It supports most consumer facing TD Bank Group lines of business.
Your goal as a part of the Marketing Delivery team is to design, execute and measure performance of campaigns to drive acquisition, retention, engagement across the portfolio. If you are driven by helping stakeholders understand data, love when the latest direct-to-consumer marketing campaign results are available, and continually strive to challenge the "process status quo" to make workflows run as efficiently as possible - this is the role for you.
Success in this role will be achieved by:
Translating key business objectives into insight rich experiments that drive marketing ROI Ensuring execution (i.e., list creation) is done efficiently with excellence and precision Providing high value post-campaign/ad hoc analytics that drive campaign strategy and evolution

Responsibilities:
- Design/execute/measure high impact direct-to-consumer marketing experiments
- Continuously enhance campaign design and delivery by leveraging all analytical tools/techniques at your disposal
- Execute with excellence
- Proactively manage project deliverables to ensure timelines are met and negotiate adjustments with partners as necessary
- Provide analytical thought leadership to key stakeholders, based on deep understanding of business performance metrics, to enhance marketing effectiveness
- Maintain a culture of risk management and control, supported by established processes and sound infrastructure
Skill Sets:
- Familiarity with direct marketing principles (Predictive Models, Experimental Design, A/B testing, Sample Size calculations, Net Performance Measurements, etc.)
- Demonstrated command of end-to-end campaign lifecycle
- Strong communication to inform and influence key stakeholders across the organization
- Technically inclined and orientation to detail
- Naturally curious with an urge to challenge the status quo
- Resourceful and comfortable with autonomy
- Passion for connecting the dots between quantitative outcomes and marketing behaviour
- Demonstrated understanding of navigating customer data from cloud data sources through leveraging programming tools such as Python, Pyspark, SQL
- A project management mindset to help deliver on time to specifications
- Be someone with whom people love to work
- Experience with Agile methodologies and a zest for the agile mindset
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a direct marketing, consulting, analytics, or agency-side role in financial services/telecom (or other high volume direct marketing industries)
- Experience designing successful direct marketing experiments
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud; Unica Campaign experience an asset
- Knowledge of Python, Pyspark, SQL; knowledge of cloud databases and data structures; experience with vendor engagement and file format requirements
- Degree in business, science, statistics, engineering, or other quantitative discipline
- Track record of delivering successful initiatives on time and on budget
