The Product Operations Consultant serves as a strategic partner to Product Managers, driving alignment between product strategy, user needs, business objectives, and technical capabilities on 1-year fixed term . This role transforms complex data, stakeholder feedback, and operational requirements into actionable insights that inform product decisions and scalable solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities, business acumen, systems thinking, and exceptional communication skills to support product discovery, data transformation initiatives, governance processes, and cross-functional delivery.

The team partners closely with Product Management, Engineering, Design, Data, and Business stakeholders to build scalable products, modernize data capabilities, and create exceptional user experiences. Together, the team leverages customer insights, analytics, and emerging technologies to drive impactful outcomes while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $102,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program. What will your typical day look like?
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder sessions to gather and document requirements.
- Create PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and feature documentation.
- Translate business needs into actionable requirements for product and engineering teams.
- Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend practical solutions.
- Support backlog refinement, prioritization, sprint planning, and product operations.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Monitor risks, dependencies, blockers, and delivery progress.
- Support Agile delivery, roadmap execution, testing, and release readiness activities.
- Document decisions and requirements to ensure alignment across teams.
- Use AI-powered tools and automation opportunities to improve productivity and delivery outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies.
- Ensure solutions deliver measurable business value.

- 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Product Operations, or a related field.
- Experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into actionable solutions.
- Proven ability to create user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with SDLC concepts and product delivery practices.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and delivery outcomes.
