Job Description:
The Strategic & Editorial Content (SEC) Group is TD Wealth's content centre of excellence, responsible for developing editorial and strategic content that highlights the depth and breadth of TD Wealth expertise and showcases our thought leadership to TD clients and the world. The team is comprised of talented content professionals who bring together their editorial, production, creative and technical expertise to create industry-leading financial content across digital and broadcast streams. SEC properties include: MoneyTalk "Brought to you by TD," available at www.moneytalkgo.com and distributed across multiple TD ecosystems, MoneyTalk Live, streamed daily through TD WebBroker, and MoneyTalk on BNN Bloomberg, broadcast weekly on CTV properties, as well as live and original programming on multiple radio stations and various social channels each week.

You'll play a leading role in translating digital content strategies into well-executed, high-impact digital products, starting with the development, launch, and ongoing management of the Wealth Planning Office (WPO) real-time publishing platform.
Job Description
You will lead complex digital builds that integrate editorial, creative, compliance, and technical elements. Starting with the WPO initiative, you'll oversee the full product lifecycle, from defining the problem statement and gathering requirements, to collaborating with internal stakeholders and vendors to ideate, envision, design, develop, and operationalize new digital content experiences.
You'll also help shape the future roadmap of digital publishing across TD Wealth, supporting content marketing and distribution strategies that span Advice, Direct Investing, TDAM, and the broader TD.com ecosystem.

Core Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, development, and delivery of digital publishing platforms and tools, starting with the WPO content experience
- Gather and translate business needs and stakeholder input into digital requirements, user stories, and product backlogs
- Facilitate problem statement development, envisioning workshops, and ideation sessions to define product direction
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional collaboration with developers, designers, copywriters, editors, marketers, compliance officers, and external partners
- Own the digital publishing roadmap and release plans, including QA, UAT, and post-launch operations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders within Advice, DI, and TDAM throughout all phases of delivery
- Drive product delivery timelines, budgets, and scope in partnership with internal and vendor teams
- Maintain a strategic view of how digital publishing contributes to SEC's broader content distribution goals
You Are:
- Experienced in digital product ownership or delivery, ideally within financial services or Wealth lines of business
- A confident communicator and project leader, comfortable interfacing with executives, developers, and creative teams alike
- Strategic and execution-focused, with the ability to translate business vision into actionable product development plans
- Well-versed in content publishing tools and platforms (AEM, Wordpress, HTML), and knowledgeable about enterprise integrations.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative, with a passion for building impactful, user-centered digital experiences
- Comfortable managing ambiguity and balancing multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced environment
Core Skills:
- Proven experience leading digital product builds from ideation to launch, including requirements gathering, backlog management, and iterative development
- Skilled in managing complex workflows, prioritizing backlogs, facilitating sprints or releases, and driving end-to-end project execution
- Strong ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams across design, editorial, development, marketing, and compliance functions
- Confident in engaging and aligning senior business leaders, partners, and vendors across TD Wealth
- Familiarity with publishing platforms (AEM, WordPress), basic web technologies (HTML, CSS), APIs for content syndication, performance tagging frameworks, and Salesforce integrations / lead management processes.
- Strong communicator with excellent documentation, presentation, and reporting skills for internal and executive audiences.
