What will your typical day look like?

The Greenhouse Co-op/Intern support the design, planning, preparation, and delivery of Greenhouse Experience workshops (aka Greenhouse Labs). This role blends creativity and managing logistics with the over-arching mission to create exceptional client experiences at Deloitte.
This is an exciting opportunity for anyone looking to pursue a career in analytics, digital, innovation or client experience. Each intern will be expected to co-develop and deliver on a special project that will enhance the Greenhouse client experience. The project will be defined in the first two weeks of the term.

The Greenhouse Experience creates memorable, immersive, and engaging experiences to build momentum and optimism for an organization, disrupt ordinary thinking, and break through barriers.
Behavioral science, group dynamics, innovation theory, design thinking, and strategy converge to help our clients solve their toughest business challenges. Be it in person in a Greenhouse, offsite or online with our Canada-wide client base, the team elevates the experience and engagement.

In this role, the expected qualifications are:
  • Working with Lead Facilitator to support the delivery of Greenhouse labs across Canada online or in-person at your local Greenhouse
  • Supporting the coordination and execution of the lab planning process including taking notes on scoping and planning calls, tracking action items, and assisting with research activities
  • Listening to clients and account teams to understand the client challenge/lab opportunity
  • Engaging with Deloitte clients, account teams and broader ecosystem to gather background information and collateral to support session design
  • Orchestrating and supporting the day-of lab logistics including managing all session materials (invitations, presentations, and worksheets), collaboration tools, catering, and communications with vendors/suppliers
  • Candidate must be located in Montreal Area and needs to be bilingual.
