Tsunami is a technology company innovating in the field of safety monitoring with our cloud service solution, smartphone apps, phone system, and satellite devices integration. Based out of Vancouver, Tsunami has a small but mighty agile team going through an exciting growth phase as a remote workforce.

You have:

  • A passion for building client relationships and guiding the customer journey.
  • Excellent professional and interpersonal communication and presentation skills both online and in-person whether written or oral. 
  • An outgoing and can-do attitude with the desire to grow yourself and our company.  
  • Ability to problem solve and consider the big picture in building customer success, retention, and growth. 
  • Excellent time management, organization, and ability to multitask.   
  • Proficient computer and software skills including using Windows 10 and Office 365.
  • Professional and conversational proficiency in both English and French. 
  • A clear background check.

Would be a benefit if you have:

  • CRM (Salesforce) experience
  • SaaS experience
  • Experience working with governmental bodies

What you will do:

  • New client onboarding, training, and project coordination.
  • Answering user online chat, our support ticket system, voicemails, and making outgoing calls to clients.
  • New and existing client support, maintenance, growth, and retention throughout the sales process. 
  • CRM and database software system administration.
  • Capturing additional revenue from our existing clients. 

You will work remotely from anywhere in BC with possible travel, reporting to our Regional Sales Manager.  Compensation offered will be an annual salary based on your previous experience, with the possibility of residual commission incentives.
