What is the opportunity?
The Charlottetown RBC Dominion Securities Branch in Prince Edward Island is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join a well-established team. By joining the team, you will participate in growing the business by providing exceptional and efficient service and by taking care of administrative tasks related to client accounts and by responding to client inquiries.What will you do?Main duties involve client onboarding process: client account documentation, transfer forms, and inputting client information into database.Investigate and resolve inquiries related to accounts and refer to the Investment Advisor and client where appropriateMaintain current knowledge of client accounts by reviewing daily activity online and on applicable reports. Follow-up on client trades to ensure settlement and deliveryUtilize contact management system for daily task management.Provide world class client service to our valued clients.Work on projects and assist with overflow.Assist in preparing mailings such as newsletters and information packagesAssist the Investment Advisor in preparing for client meetings and client appreciation eventsWhat do you need to succeed?Must-haveDemonstrated skills in providing world class client service that will come across as professional, warm, and friendly to our clientsOrganizational and administrative skills required to perform activities in a deadline driven environment, working with constant interruptions.Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time-management skillsExcellent command of the English language (verbal and written).Strong Microsoft Office skill.Ability to receive direction from multiple individualsAbility to deal with varying personalities of internal and external clientsWillingness and ability to complete both CSC and CPHNice-to-havePrevious administrative experience.
